Shameemah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in International Taxation. She is also a Value Added Tax specialist.
Shameemah joined Rogers Capital Corporate Services Limited in January 2019.
Before joining Rogers Capital, she was at PwC Mauritius, where she spent 10 years. Shameemah also worked for 10 years at the Mauritius Revenue Authority where she specialised in international taxation within the International Taxation Section.
Shameemah is an experienced tax specialist providing support in tax compliance to corporate clients including multinationals and offshore companies. She also has wide experience in tax advice on domestic tax issues, with a specialisation in indirect tax, international taxation and the application of tax treaties to clients in a range of industries.
She now heads the Finance & Tax Academy.
